• For Large furniture items, we are providing in-home delivery to your room of choice. Should you prefer contactless delivery you can specify those instructions to the delivery driver when they contact you to confirm your delivery.
• For all other delivieries, we’re providing contactless, threshold delivery to your location-of-choice (garage, patio, front door).
• Delivery is provided by a third party that pairs you with an individually owned and available vehicle.
• Each delivery driver must pass a background check performed by the third-party provider, which includes driving record, insurance, vehicle suitability review, and other factors.
• The delivery provider will contact you by email and text message after you place your order.
• Delivery times may vary from your selected time due to weather, traffic, and other reasons outside of the delivery provider’s control.
